I am currently reading tabs to play songs and it isn’t good coz I cant get the timing right. I want to learn how to read music and I was wondering if anyone knew of any videos out there that can help. Also, how do I find out what the ‘key’ is. By the way I am referring to using tabs to play guitar, and I want to learn to read music for guitar.
There’s no one way of finding the key of a song, you need to have a grasp of theory and it will come naturally, like how you know what color something is … you just know.

Get a decent book like "the everything reading music book".
There’s no quick video for that that would work, you really need to read a bit.
Books will be universal, as is music notation.

There are plenty of books and websites out there that will teach you how to read music. In my experience though it isn’t necessary in order to learn how to keep time. Buy a metronome and use it every time you practice. Eventually your natural ability to keep time will be strengthened.
