  • how should i start to give bass guitar lessons?

Posted by admin on November 29th, 2009 and filed under bass lessons | 3 Comments »

how should i advertise? also, what should i start off teaching? i mean i have a general idea… but im looking for someone who has experience teaching bass to tell me what they start a student off with. also, im looking to really only teach beginners. any suggestions?

Eh, I’m not exactly a teacher, I’m a beginner, but I think listening to what a beginner needs and can’t find might help. I’ve personally enjoyed the online teachings, but havn’t been able to find a good one. I’m sure that if your site is good you’ll have at least one or two people asking for more that just a website. A website just as a start up, eh?

Start off teaching the Letter Names of what their playing.
That way it will stick and make a big difference if the student wants to take his playing further.
